Can I Return My Purchase?
Yes, returns are accepted only for customers based in the European Union (EU), in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Exchanges and returns from NON-EU countries are not accepted.
Handmade Products Disclaimer
We are a handmade studio, and each product is made individually for you according to your order.
If you cannot find your size or have any questions regarding the item, size, or color, please contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to help.
Please note that while we do our best to accurately represent our products, colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography flash.
Return Conditions
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to find the most suitable solution.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
The return package must be shipped back within this 14-day period.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items are in perfect condition
- Original packaging is included
Once we receive the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided with your order.
Custom Orders
Please note that CUSTOM products are NON-exchangeable and NON-refundable.
Custom orders are made specifically according to your individual request and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the full selling price of the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned parcels must be sent using a Tracked & Signed shipping service.
We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Please note: All Pumpurshop items are shipped from Lithuania (Europe).
We are not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applied by your country.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
