We ship worldwide from Lithuania (EU). It takes 3-5 business days to process your order once we received it.
All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Every order is trackable, and the tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is shipped.
We use standard delivery, which usually takes 5-7 business days, or express delivery to US or Canada with 2-3 business days. If you need Express shipping – contact us info@pumpurshop.com.
For the standard shipping in the EU we use either GLS or Post service, and for the rest of the world, either with FedEx.

Custom duties
Any order placed on the pumpurshop.com website and delivered outside of the EU territory, may be subject to taxes and customs duties when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at the customer’s expense and under its responsibility. Pumpurshop is not required to check and inform customers of customs duties and any applicable taxes. In order to know them, it is up to the customer to check with the relevant authorities of the country of delivery.
🇪🇺 Shipping to the EU? EU shipments are exempt from taxes.
🌏 Shipping outside the EU? Customs duties are not covered in the shipping cost. If you are shipping to a country outside the EU you may be asked to pay local custom duty taxes.
